The Services may vary by plan, customization, and integrations. Certain industries may have legal compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA), and we do not warrant compliance with such regulations unless specifically contracted.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All materials within the Services, including code, content, designs, graphics, and logos, are owned or licensed by us. You may use the Services for your internal business operations only. No content may be reused, copied, or distributed without our written consent.

User-generated content (UGC) such as reviews, uploads, or contributions remains your intellectual property, but by submitting them to our platform, you grant us a license to display, reproduce, and use that content for operational or promotional purposes.

3. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to misuse our Services. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:

Using automation to spam or scrape data

Violating SMS/email marketing compliance laws (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR)

Reselling or sublicensing the platform without written authorization

4. ACCOUNT ACCESS & SECURITY

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. You agree not to share your account outside your organization and to notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

5. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

You agree to maintain updated billing information and understand that subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled through your account or our Stripe billing portal. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Add-ons, SMS, calls, and other usage-based features incur additional charges.

Chargebacks or disputed payments without proper cause may result in immediate service suspension.

6. DATA & PRIVACY

By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. While we offer best-practice security tools, you are responsible for managing your data, backups, and user permissions.

7. TERMINATION & DATA DELETION

You may cancel at any time via the platform or billing portal. Upon cancellation, all account data and assets are permanently deleted within 24 hours and cannot be recovered. LEAD Sales Engine is not responsible for any data loss after cancellation.

8. LIMITATIONS & DISCLAIMERS

The Services are provided "as-is" without warranties. LEAD Sales Engine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are also not responsible for outages or interruptions caused by third-party services or providers.

9. COMPLIANCE & THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

You are solely responsible for your use of the Services in compliance with applicable laws. Integrations with services like Stripe, Twilio, Google, and Facebook are subject to their terms. Your use of AI tools and messaging features must comply with privacy, marketing, and consent laws.
